About

Rowan Enterprises Ltd was founded by me, Lois Mackenzie.

I was raised by an incredibly hardworking single mum who always encouraged me to dream big, follow my own path, and seize opportunities. As a financial advisor, my mum spoke often about investing.

During my A-levels, we attended a three-day property course that completely changed my life. From that moment on, she backed me 100% — investing in property training and mentorship, helping me view houses, and even refinancing our family home to fund my first deal.

I feel incredibly lucky to have found my purpose in property, but I also believe luck has three parts: take risks, know where you're going, and stay persistent.

Today, I help time-poor, cash-rich individuals earn strong, fixed returns through hands-off property investment. To date, I’ve raised £400,000 in private finance and delivered excellent returns to my investors.

I specialise in sourcing undervalued properties in niche areas of South Wales, adding value through strategic renovations, and maximising returns through smart exit strategies.
